​Payment Policy

​

     Journey to the Altar typically charges 10% of your wedding budget for our services. We do accept cash or checks. A personalized payment plan can be arranged to meet your wedding budget. Generally, there is a $50 non-refundable deposit made at the contract signing. This is a deposit to hold your date on the calendar. Payment of 50% of the contract balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding date. The final payment of the contract balance is due up to two weeks after your wedding,. Arrangements can be made if payment cannot be made up to two weeks after your wedding date. The price may increase if the number of estimated guests increases by more than 10% of your estimated guest count. The cost increase is $25 for every 10% over your original estimated guest count.

Refunds

     Should your wedding be cancelled, 100% of any money paid to Journey to the Altar less than the $50 deposit will be refunded within 60 days of written notice. Should Journey to the Altar be unable to perform the tasks included in the selected wedding package, all money less than the $50 deposit will be refunded within 60 day of the wedding date.
